Where do I start?

So you are ready to begin your journey, but where do you begin?

First thing is setting your goal, what do you want to achieve? One good place to start is looking at people you admire, who you would like to look like.

Depending on who and what you’d like to look like and your genetics, you can choose which path to take.

Do you want to look like a bodybuilder?

Do you want to get bigger?

Do you want to look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club?

Do you want to get shredded?

Do you just want to lose a few pounds?

Do you just want to feel better about yourself?

How do I get a six-pack?

Having noticeable abs is something I think is high on the desirable list for both men and female. It is also something very hard to achieve for most. So how do you get a six-pack?

Short answer is strict diet and lots of hard work.

Everyone have abs, they are just hiding under a layer of fat for most of us. So in order for them to be visible, you will need to get rid of the body fat on top of it. There are no short cuts to this, no pills, weird exercise machines, electro stimulation etc will get you visible abs.

Your goal here should be to get on a “shredding” or “toning” plan of some sort, building muscle and burning fat, while being extremely careful with your diet, counting calories and keeping track of your weight and body fat percentage.
